- All purchased products are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka by courier.
- All orders placed before 02:00 PM on any working will be dispatched on the same day.
- All orders placed after 02:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- Due to COVID-19 restrictions there might be slight delay on deliveries, we request you to please bear with us in the case of slight delays.
Order deliveries will be made between:
- 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM from Monday through Saturday. Excluding Sunday and public holidays.
- Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest and authorize an alternative person, Ex: Family member, Colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an authorized alternative person.
- Certain courier companies may request an OTP sent to your registered phone number to the registered number at time of placing the order. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery.
- “Kabbalah.co.in” is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Orders placed on Sunday and Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Currently, we do not accept Cash on Delivery due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
